You see a simple usage meter in the app, like 20% left, and a heads up when a workspace is running low. Quick answers barely register, while big agentic tasks like reading your GitHub or generating a deck draw more from the pool. There is no token math and nothing to count.

Your bill does not change. There is no overage charge and nothing is billed by usage, so a heavy month cannot produce a surprise invoice. Waffle AI usage may be limited for the rest of the month once a workspace has used what its plan includes, and the rest of Waffle (chat, voice, threads) is completely unaffected. On a paid plan the owner can add seats, move up a plan, or buy a usage pack at any time.

Included usage scales with your paid seats and is pooled at the workspace level, so heavy users draw from the shared pool and light seats are never wasted. On the Free plan the pool is one flat monthly amount for the whole workspace, regardless of how many people are in it.

There is no usage based billing and no overage charge, so your bill is your seats plus any usage pack you deliberately buy, and nothing else. Waffle does not offer an admin settable spend cap today. What admins do have is the usage meter in team settings and a per member switch to turn Waffle AI off for individual people.

We do not use your workspace content, or what you send to Waffle AI, to train or improve any language model. Waffle AI runs on Anthropic Claude through Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, and our use of the model there is governed by Microsoft’s terms for that service. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

Not today. Waffle uses email and password sign in, with password reset and email verification. SSO (SAML or OIDC) and SCIM provisioning are not available on any plan, including Enterprise. If your team needs them, tell us on the contact page so we can weigh them properly.

No. Waffle does not offer a contractual uptime SLA or service credits on any plan, and our terms of service say so plainly. We run Waffle as our own team’s daily tool and we care a great deal about it staying up, but we will not sell a guarantee we have no mechanism to honor.

Yes. Annual billing saves about 20%. You can start monthly and switch to annual whenever it makes sense for your team.

Prices are shown in USD. At checkout, Stripe shows your local currency and handles the conversion, so you see a familiar amount before you pay. Business buyers can add a VAT ID and a legal entity name on the invoice.
