Create a ticket from a channel message or start a new one from the workspace. A message-created ticket keeps a source link back to that exact conversation.
Waffle Tickets
An eligible text channel in a private workspace can have its own ticket workspace. Turn a message into trackable work, then manage the same tickets in Board or List view without copying the conversation into another product.
The shipped desktop workspace shown above. Board and List are two views over the same channel-owned tickets.
Waffle Tickets is a channel workspace, not a disconnected task database. The channel supplies the people, permissions, and source conversation. Tickets add the fields and views needed to follow the work through.

Set an assignee, priority, start date, due date, and status. Search and filters keep the active slice readable as the channel grows.
Board groups tickets by status. List shows the same tickets in a denser table. Switching views never creates a second copy of the work.
Ticket details, field changes, archive controls, source context, and chronological activity stay beside the channel that owns the workspace.
Tickets are available in private workspaces, not public community servers. Channel membership determines visibility. Members who can post may create tickets, current creators and assignees can update work they are allowed to see, and channel managers control setup, statuses, and archiving.
Intentionally not claimed
Calendar, Timeline, Gantt, ticket-native attachments, portfolio reporting, and autonomous AI ticket completion are not part of the current workspace.
Explore the full feature inventory, compare plans, or download the desktop app. Tickets stays part of the same workspace as chat, voice, and Waffle AI.
Create a private workspace, start the conversation, and set up Tickets only in the channels that need structured follow-through.
